Festival Republic

Ticketing Assistant from May 2017 to November 2017.

I coordinated Industry Guest Ticketing sales for all of the Festival Republic portfolio of UK events, managing ticket buys for hundreds of labels in the U.K. and beyond. I also developed an auditing system for allocation of wristbanding stock at our events.

Brunel University London

Project Lead from March 2017 to present.

I’m currently leading the Brubot project funded by Brunel University London, a Messenger chatbot with Artificial Intelligence which consolidates all University services into one point-of-contact. The bot also integrates with SITS through a custom-made API, allowing targeted two-way conversation between the University and the students.

Entertainments Assistant from October 2016 to October 2017

I’ve undertaken a variety of roles, from query resolution to technical support, as an Entertainments Assistant for the Union’s Nightlife offerings.

The Event Umbrella

Production Assistant from 2013 to October 2017.

I’ve worked with The Event Umbrella for three years at local and international events of various sizes. From managing IT and communications in Bansko for Horizon Festival to acting as Event Control during the Whitstable Oyster Festival, I’ve gained a wealth of experience in a range of senior roles.
